This is a free dictionary for everybody who frequently needs to translate
back and forth between the supported languages. Huge
number of expressions and phrases are placed into highly compressed dictionary
files that can be installed either into the device's internal memory, or onto a
storage card. Supports multi-language user interface.

If the content of a line is longer than the visible width of the list, then by clicking on the line you can bring up the Details-Bubble that will display the full line without truncation.
Click on the bubble to close it.

The previously translated expressions in the Word or Phrase list are persistently stored and kept even after exiting from STDict.

The older dictionaries that were distributed with the previous versions of STDict are not compatible with version 2.1.
In order to avoid unnecessarily allocating storage for those older dictionaries, please remove the previous versions of STDict before installing this new version.

For the installation of STDict or any components, you must have Microsoft
ActiveSync
configured on your desktop computer and connection set up between your desktop computer
and your mobile device. During installation the CE Application Manager from ActiveSync will be called to finish the installation.
You have to download and install the main modul (STDict 2.1 Application) first.
Then you can download the dictionaries that you require, and separately install those on your mobile device.
For each component you can decide whether to install on your device's main memory or on a memory card.
